Abstract:
An illumination-based sleep repairing method, comprising: detecting whether a user is in a light sleep state (S101), and when the user is in the light sleep state, illuminating the user by a first preset light with the wavelength range of 550-750 nanometers (S102). In one embodiment, the illumination light is dynamic light of cyclically varying intensity. Other embodiments further comprise: illuminating a preset second light for a first predetermined time period to adjust the sleep rhythm, illuminating a third preset light at a wavelength and intensity selected not to inhibit melatonin secretion at night for a second predetermined time period, and adjusting the brightness to a level suitable for sleep. Further disclosed are related devices and program medium.
