Abstract:
An illumination system (10) is provided with: illumination groups that each comprise a plurality of lighting fixtures (12); and an operation terminal (30) that transmits control signals to the illumination groups. The operation terminal has a transmission/reception unit that transmits a control signal to an illumination group and receives a signal indicating reception completion of the control signal from the illumination group. The transmission/reception unit is configured such that, after reception of the signal indicating the reception completion of the control signal from one lighting fixture constituting the illumination group, the transmission/reception unit does not re-transmit a control signal identical to said control signal to the illumination group.
