Abstract:
An image depth estimation method, a terminal device, and a computer readable storage medium, suitable for use in the technical field of image processing, the method comprising: inputting a target image into a preset depth estimation model, extracting global features of the target image, extracting key features of the target image from the global features, and determining a target depth map of the target image on the basis of the key features, the value of each pixel point in the target depth map being used for describing the distance of a photographed object corresponding to the pixel points from the camera. As the key features are used for describing information of the pixel points in non-blank areas of the target image, when determining the target depth of the target image, information of the pixel points in blank areas of the target image are not considered and the target depth is determined only on the basis of the key features of the target image, thereby increasing the estimation precision of image depth estimation and reducing the calculation overheads of image depth estimation.
