Abstract:
A protective gas device for welding a longitudinally welded pipe, comprising a protective gas rod (3). An air outlet group (4) is provided on the protective gas rod. The protective gas passing through the air outlet group can form a uniform air flow for back-blowing weld pool metal of the longitudinal welded pipe. In the welding process, the protective gas device counteracts the gravity during metal melting by blowing the gas pressure of the longitudinal welded pipe for effective control of the internal weld reinforcement. Also involved is a device for welding a longitudinally welded pipe. Welding is realized by means of a combination of the protective gas device and a welding assembly. Also involved is a welding method. Control of the internal weld reinforcement of the longitudinally welded pipe is realized by observing and measuring the weld shape and dimension and accurately controlling the pressure of blowback gas, effectively ensuring the weld shape.
