Abstract:
Provided are an image display method and an electronic device, relating to the field of image processing, and being for helping a user to accurately restore specific details during image photographing. The method comprises: an electronic device acquiring a first instruction triggered by a user, wherein the first instruction is used to instruct the electronic device to display a panoramic image; in response to the first instruction, the electronic device acquiring historical direction information and real-time direction information about a camera thereof, wherein the historical direction information is used to indicate a historical direction of the camera when the panoramic image is photographed, and the real-time direction information is used to indicate a current target direction of the camera; and when the target direction exists in the historical direction information, the electronic device being able to display a target picture corresponding to the target direction in the panoramic image.
