Abstract:
The present application is applicable to the technical field of medical imaging, and provides an image-driven brain map construction method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring multi-modal data of a brain to be predicted, the multi-modal data being obtained according to image data collected of the brain in at least three different modes; and inputting the multi-modal data into a preset fusion network for processing, and outputting obtained feature parameters of the brain, wherein processing the multi-modal data by means of the fusion network comprises extracting non-Euclidean spatial features and Euclidean spatial features of the multi-modal data, and performing hypergraph fusion on the non-Euclidean spatial features and the Euclidean spatial features to obtain feature parameters, the feature parameters being used to represent a brain connection matrix and/or disease categories of the brain. Features of different spaces are mapped into hypergraph data structures for hypergraph fusion, which prevents heterogeneity between the features of different spaces, thereby obtaining complementary fusion features among the multi-modal data.
