Abstract:
This image processing device comprises: a plurality of signal processing units (10); a second control signal generation unit that generates second control signals on the basis of first control signals generated by the signal processing units (10); and an image synthesis unit. The signal processing units (10) each comprise a first digital processing unit (100) for performing image adjustment and a second digital processing unit (200). The second digital processing unit (200) has a defect detection unit (210) for detecting a defective pixel and a defective pixel adaptive processing unit (240) that generates, on the basis of the detection result on the defective pixel, a first control signal for designating a synthesis coefficient for the second control signal generation unit. By using synthesis coefficients indicated by the respective second control signals, the image synthesis unit synthesizes a plurality of images which have undergone image adjustment on the respective first digital processing units (100) in the plurality of signal processing units (10). When a defective pixel has been detected, the defective pixel adaptive processing unit (240) generates a first control signal so that an image in which the defective pixel remains is included in the plurality of images.
