Abstract:
This image processing device, image processing system and image processing method are provided with a mask determination unit for determining the vertical relationship of an overlapping region when a video window and a still image window overlap. From the results of a determination, if it is determined that the still image window is overlapping on the top, masking is performed, and if it is determined that the still image window is overlapping on the bottom, masking is not performed, thereby enabling a suitable composite image to be obtained regardless of the vertical relationship in the overlapping region of the video window and the still image window.
