Disclosed in the present disclosure are an image processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The image processing method comprises: when a trigger operation for a target subject is detected, determining a target drawing viewpoint which corresponds to the target subject; on the basis of a pre-generated target sphere grid model, determining a target grid region to which the target drawing viewpoint belongs, and according to at least one optical flow information group of the target grid region, determining a target interpolation image which corresponds to the target drawing viewpoint; and issuing the target interpolation image to a target client, so as to display on the target client the target interpolation image corresponding to the trigger operation.
