Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of image processing. Disclosed are an image processing method and an electronic device, capable of simplifying a coloring operation and reducing the operation time and power consumption overhead by running a corresponding simplified shader. The specific solution is: determining an original shader according to a rendering instruction stream, matching the original shader, and determining a simplified shader corresponding to the original shader. The simplified shader is bound to a first program indicated by the rendering instruction stream, so that when the first program is subsequently invoked, the simplified shader may be invoked to perform a coloring operation at a corresponding height.
