Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an image signal processing method, a related image sensing system (10), and an electronic device. The method is used for a pixel array (100). The pixel array comprises N*N pixel groups (110), each of the N*N pixel groups comprises a first pixel (104L) and a second pixel (104NL), wherein N is greater than 1, and one of the first pixel and the second pixel is a phase detection pixel, and the other is a non-phase detection pixel. The method comprises: providing a first control signal to enable the first pixel to generate first charge to a first common floating diffusion node of the pixel array; providing pixel information of the first pixel; providing a second control signal to enable the second pixel to generate second charge to the first common floating diffusion node, so that the first charge and the second charge are combined and accumulated on the first common floating diffusion node; and providing pixel information of equivalent charge after the first charge and the second charge are combined and accumulated.
