Abstract:
This imaging device is provided with a VCM (23) which moves the position of an imaging element (22) relative to a light beam such that the amount of movement in a frame period is a non-integer multiple of the pixel pitch, a microcomputer (45) which acquires multiple sets of image data by exposing the imaging element (22) multiple times while said position is moved, and a synthesis processing unit (31) which generates high-resolution synthesized image data from the multiple sets of acquired image data, wherein the VCM (23) ensures that the direction of and amount of relative movement of said position during exposure are the same in each of the multiple exposures.
