Abstract:
This imaging device 1 is provided with a light source 10, a spatial optical modulator 21, a Fourier transform optical system 30, a light detector 40, and a control unit 50. The control unit 50 sets a first region and a second region in the plane of modulation of the spatial optical modulator 21, successively sets a plurality of optical phase modulation patterns in the first region, acquires light intensity values by successively setting a plurality of uniform phase shifts in a region outside the first region when each optical phase modulation pattern is set in the first region, and determines a phase image for a region of an object corresponding to the first region using the phase-shift method. Thus, an imaging device and an imaging method can be realized that can acquire high-resolution phase images of an object using a spatial optical modulator and a light detector.
