Abstract:
An imaging device 1 includes a light source 10, a spatial optical modulator 21, a Fourier transform optical system 30, a photodetector 40, and a control unit 50. The control unit 50: sets a first region and a second region on a modulation surface of the spatial optical modulator 21; acquires a light intensity value by setting an optical amplitude modulation pattern in the first region and performing optical amplitude modulation of the second region uniformly with a non-zero prescribed value; acquires a light intensity value by setting the optical amplitude modulation pattern in the first region and performing the optical amplitude modulation of the second region uniformly with zero; acquires a light intensity value by performing optical amplitude modulation of the first region uniformly with zero and performing the optical amplitude modulation of the second region uniformly with the prescribed value; and obtains, on the basis of these acquired light intensity values and the optical amplitude modulation pattern, a complex amplitude image of a region of an object corresponding to the first region. With this configuration, an imaging device and an imaging method capable of acquiring a high-resolution complex amplitude image of an object using a spatial optical modulator and a photodetector are obtained.
