Title:
IMAGING DEVICE AND IMAGING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/105361
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This imaging device of one mode of the present disclosure comprises: a semiconductor substrate that has a first surface for receiving light from outside and a second surface on the opposite side to the first surface; a first transistor that is positioned on the second surface; and a photoelectric conversion unit that faces the second surface, and that receives light that was transmitted through the semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate is a silicon substrate or a silicon compound substrate. The photoelectric conversion unit includes: a first electrode that is electrically connected to the first transistor; a second electrode; and a photoelectric conversion layer that is positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, and that includes a material for absorbing light of a first wavelength of 1.1 µm or greater. The first electrode is positioned between the second surface and the photoelectric conversion layer. The spectral sensitivity of the material in the wavelength region of 1.0 µm or greater to less than 1.1 µm is within a range of 0% to 5% [inclusive] of the maximum value of the spectral sensitivity of the material in the wavelength region of 1.1 µm or greater.
