Title:
OPTICAL SENSOR AND OPTICAL DETECTION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/105360
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an optical sensor (100) which can image a narrow band and can be manufactured inexpensively and to be robust. This optical sensor (100) comprises: a photoelectric conversion layer (10); and a long pass filter (60) that is disposed above the photoelectric conversion layer (10) and selectively transmits components of incident light that have a wavelength greater than or equal to a cut-on wavelength (λC). The photoelectric conversion layer (10) has spectral sensitivity characteristics in which a first peak (Pk1) is exhibited at a first wavelength (λ1) which is longer than the cut-on wavelength (λC) of the long pass filter (60). The spectral sensitivity of the photoelectric conversion layer (10) in the cut-on wavelength (λC) is 0-50% of the spectral sensitivity of the photoelectric conversion layer (10) in the first wavelength (λ1).
