Abstract:
This imaging device comprises: a laser output unit which outputs a plurality of laser beams so that laser beams are incident on a tool from a direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the tool; a drive mechanism which drives the laser output unit so as to perform scanning with the plurality of laser beams in the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction of the tool; and an imaging unit which images the tool or the projected image of the tool in a state in which the exposure time in one-time imaging is set to a movement time for moving the laser output unit a predetermined distance by means of the drive mechanism.
