Abstract:
In an imaging device (1) having a device body (3) to/from which an interchangeable lens (2) having a lens mount (8) is attachable/detachable, the device body (3) is provided with: a mount ring (19) with which the lens mount (8) is engaged in a state where the interchangeable lens (2) is mounted; an element unit (20) having an imaging element (21); a holding frame (23) that holds the element unit (20); and a Peltier element (25) which has a heat-conductible first heat transfer part (25a) in contact with the holding frame (23) and a heat-conductible second heat transfer part (25b) in contact with the mount ring (19) and which is capable of switching a heat conduction state. By switching, in a state where the interchangeable lens (2) is mounted to the device body (3), the heat conduction state of the Peltier element (25) to a state where heat is transferred from the first heat transfer part (25a) to the second heat transfer part (25b), the dissipation efficiency of heat generated in the imaging element is improved.
