Abstract:
The present invention provides an imaging element in which a first frame rate is higher than a second frame rate, and in which a first processor: reads out image data for a plurality of frames in parallel within an image data output period for one frame that is defined by the second frame rate; acquires a focus drive speed and a rolling shift amount; determines, on the basis of the acquired focus drive speed and rolling shift amount, an image data synthesizing condition for a plurality of frames stored in a storage unit; performs a synthesizing process on the image data for the plurality of frames in accordance with the determined synthesizing condition; and outputs post-synthesis image data that is obtained through the synthesizing process.
