Abstract:
An immersion type battery cell charging and discharging test device, comprising a flange plate (1), an insulating bottom plate (2), a transparent plate (3), a plurality of battery cell support seats (4), a plurality of charging and discharging mechanisms (5) and a plurality of temperature sensing wires. Both sides of the flange plate (1) are respectively provided with an inlet (11) and an outlet (12), which are used to introduce and discharge a cooling liquid respectively; the insulating bottom plate (2) and the transparent plate (3) are respectively fixed at the bottom and top of the flange plate (1); the plurality of battery cell support seats (4) are fixedly arranged in the flange plate (1); the plurality of charging and discharging mechanisms (5) are respectively used to charge and discharge battery cells on the corresponding battery cell support seats (4); and the plurality of temperature sensing wires are used to measure surface temperatures of the corresponding battery cells. The immersion type battery cell charging and discharging test device is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble, and can simulate the working environment more truly that actual battery cells/modules are immersed in battery cell package cooling liquid, so that test results are more accurate.
