Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of carrying out an immunological analysis method for a respiratory tract infection virus in which non-specific reactions are suppressed. The problem can be solved by an immunological analysis method for a respiratory tract infection virus that includes (A) bringing an anionic surfactant into contact with a biological sample that may include a respiratory tract infection virus, (B) bringing the respiratory tract infection virus and a conjugate into contact and forming a first complex, (C) bringing antibodies that react immunologically to the respiratory tract infection virus into contact with the first complex and forming a second complex, and (D) measuring a signal derived from the conjugate.
