Abstract:
An impact crusher convenient for dynamic balance adjustment, comprising a frame assembly and a rotor assembly located inside the frame assembly. The rotor assembly comprises a rotor (1) and a blow bar (2) fixed on the outer side of the rotor (1). The frame assembly comprises a frame (3), a feed port (4) formed on the right side of the upper end of the frame (3), and a discharge port (5) formed at the central position of the lower end of the frame (3). A crushing chamber (6) is formed between the rotor assembly and the frame (1). An impact plate (7) is fixedly connected onto the inner wall of the crushing chamber (6). A plurality of placement holes (8) arranged uniformly are formed at the front end of the rotor (1). A counterweight block (9) is fixedly connected on the inner side of the placement holes (8). The apparatus is reasonable in structural design, practical, and convenient, and allows for rapid adjustment of dynamic balance of the rotor in the crusher as necessary; the adjustment is convenient and rapid, the inspection and maintenance time is shortened, and the working efficiency is improved.
