Abstract:
A large-capacity impact crusher, comprising a rack assembly and a rotor assembly located on the inner side of the rack assembly; the rotor assembly comprises a rotor (1) and board hammers (2) fixed on the outer side of the rotor (1); the rack assembly comprises a rack (3), a feeding port (4) opened at the right upper side of the rack (3), and a discharge port (5) opened at the central position of the lower end of the rack (3); a crushing cavity (6) is formed between the rotor assembly and the rack (3), impact plates (13) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the crushing cavity (6), and the rotor (1) is of a square structure. The crusher removes non-working parts of a rotor, and reduces the volume of the rotor, so that more materials can be accommodated in an accommodation cavity, thereby increasing the crushing efficiency of the crusher.
