Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an impact tool which is effectively reduced in weight.
[Solution] An impact tool has: a motor (110) which is provided with a rotor (112), a stator (111), and an output shaft (113) which rotates together with the rotor (112); a crank mechanism (120) which converts the rotational motion of the motor (110) into rectilinear motion; and a tool drive mechanism (140) which is driven by the crank mechanism (120) and which drives a tool bit (119) in a rectilinear manner. The crank mechanism (120) has: a crankshaft (125) which is formed as a separate body from the output shaft (113) of the motor (110); and motion conversion members (127, 129) which convert the rotational motion of the crankshaft (125) into rectilinear motion and drives the tool drive mechanism (140). The motor (110) is configured as an outer rotor motor. The output shaft (113) and the crankshaft (125) are arranged coaxially with each other and are connected to each other.
