Abstract:
Disclosed is an implant for in situ induction of uterine wall tissue regeneration. The implant is prepared from a raw material containing a fibrinogen complex and a polylactic acid-polycaprolactone copolymer, and the implant is internally provided with a three-dimensional nano-mesh structure. By means of implanting the implant of the present invention into a uterine wall incision beneath the serous membrane, uterine wall tissue (including but not limited to the serous membrane, uterine smooth muscle, endometrium, connective tissue and extracellular matrix) regeneration may be effectively induced in situ after cesarean section, preventing scar tissue formation and fundamentally preventing numerous long-term adverse reactions caused by cesarean section defects.
