Abstract:
Disclosed is a hydrophilic electrostatic spinning implant for inducing the regeneration of skin tissues. The implant is prepared from raw materials comprising a fibrinogen complex and a polylactic acid-polycaprolactone copolymer by means of electrostatic spinning, and the implant is internally provided with a three-dimensional nano net structure. The implant of the present invention can induce the regeneration of skin tissues and skin appendages such as hair follicles, sebaceous glands and sweat glands, by means of fixing to the skin wound surface.
