Abstract:
Provided is an implement capable of promoting muscle stretching and broadening the range of motion of a joint. The implement according to the present invention comprises a body section, a pressing section provided protruding from the body section, and a vibrating section that generates vibration. The implement is configured such that, due to the body section being grasped with one hand, the pressing section comes into contact with the skin on the Pacinian corpuscles in the palm of the hand, and the Pacinian corpuscles can be pressed while vibration is imparted thereto. The pressing section accurately comes into contact with the Pacinian corpuscles, and suitable pressure can be applied to the Pacinian corpuscles.
