Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a presentation unit for outputting information for presenting at least one inquiry pertaining to a situation where damages were incurred and an option for each of the at least one inquiry; an acquisition unit for acquiring damage response information including an option selected by the user for each of a plurality of the inquiries; a conversion unit for generating at least one array as a feature amount by converting to an array comprising elements indicating whether each of a plurality of the options, for each of the at least one inquiry included in the damage response information, is an option that was selected by the user; and an output unit for outputting information representing the probability of winning/losing a trial with regard to the damages by inputting the post-conversion feature amount into a machine learning model. The machine learning model has been trained by using a learning data set where the input data is a feature amount corresponding to situations of damages in past trials and where the output data is information representing the outcomes of past trials.
