Abstract:
An improved cushioning hinge comprises a housing (1), a first rotary shaft (51), a U-shaped pin (21), a hinge cup (2), and a first linkage member (3). The hinge cup (2) is fixed on a door panel. The improved cushioning hinge also comprises a second rotary shaft (52), a torsion spring (4), and a second linkage member (5). A damper guiding member comprises a guiding frame (6) placed between the second linkage member (5) and the housing (1). A damper (8) is placed between a positioning block (7) and the guiding frame (6). The positioning block (7) is provided with a through hole (71), and a piston rod (82) of the damper (8) passes through the through hole (71) and extends towards the torsion spring (4). One end of the second linkage member (5) is drivingly connected to the guiding frame (6). The hinge effectively reduces production costs thereof. In addition, the invention eliminates acoustic noise produced by friction between components, and improves overall rotational smoothness of the product, thereby improving overall quality and enhancing market competitiveness of the product.
