The present invention provides an improved pipe structure with a reinforcing rib, the improved pipe structure comprising: a core layer (100) having a cross-section of a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or an angular shape; reinforcing sheets (200) attached to the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the core layer (100); and a plurality of reinforcing ribs (300) formed in the core layer 100. In addition, in the improved pipe structure with a reinforcing rib, one end and the other end of the reinforcing rib (300) are respectively located on the inner circumference and the outer circumference of the core layer (100). Also, in the improved pipe structure with a reinforcing rib, the core layer (100) is formed by forming a plurality of cutting portions (120) which are obtained by cutting the upper portion of a plate-shaped core plate (110) in the longitudinal direction and then folding the cutting portions (120), and both surfaces of the cutting portions (120) come into contact with each other to form the reinforcing rib (300).
