Abstract:
Provided is an impurity filtration apparatus used for silk production, comprising a impurity removal box (1), a material input hopper (2), and a material discharge hopper (4); one side of said impurity removal box (1) is provided with said material input hopper (2); one side of the material input hopper (2) is provided with a first water delivery pipe (6); the bottom of said first water delivery pipe (6) is provided with a first water pump (5); the side of the impurity removal box (1) away from the material input hopper (2) is provided with the material discharge hopper (4); the material discharge hopper (4) is internally provided with a filtration mesh (16); behind the impurity removal box (1) is provided a second water pump (9); the output end of said second water pump (9) is provided with a second water delivery pipe (8); the top end of said second water delivery pipe (8) is provided with a water distribution plate (7); the bottom end of said water distribution plate (7) is provided with a nozzle (14); the impurity removal box (1) is internally provided with a immersion chamber (13); the bottom of said immersion chamber (13) is provided with an activated carbon adsorption net (17); one side of the immersion chamber (13) is provided with a flow-guiding plate (15); the immersion chamber (13) is internally provided with a material discharge plate (12) on the right. An immersion mechanism (3) is arranged, and by means of moving an immersion lever (306) upward and downward, it is possible to increase the efficiency of the soaking of silk cotton and the removal of impurities from it, reducing the intensity of labor of a worker.
