Abstract:
Provided is an inductive wireless ballbar. The inductive wireless ballbar is mainly composed of four parts: a ballbar host (100), a center support assembly (200), a center cup assembly (300) and a setting ball assembly (400). The ballbar host (100) comprises an inductive probe assembly, a battery assembly, a circuit board assembly and a ballbar body. A wireless measurement system composed of the ballbar host (100), and the center support and center cup assemblies (300) is used to comprehensively detect the accuracy of CNC machine tool motion axes. The ballbar has a simple operation, high accuracy and low costs, and may quickly detect the accuracy of CNC machine motion axes.
