Abstract:
An inertia drive actuator comprises: a displacement means (103) for generating a minute displacement in a first direction and a second direction opposite the first direction; a plurality of coils (102a, 102b) for generating magnetic fluxes in a direction different from the displacement means (103); a mover (101) that has a surface opposite at least one surface of the plurality of coils (102a, 102b) and that has a first yoke that concentrates the fluxes generated by the coils at a prescribed position; a detection means (104) for detecting electrical signals from the plurality of coils (102a, 102b) that reflect a change in the magnetic flux near each coil based on the positional relationship between the mover (101) and the plurality of coils (102a, 102b); and a determination means (105) for determining the position of the mover (101) on the basis of the output from the detection means (104).
