Abstract:
The present invention supports operation for designing or selecting chemical structure of a lipid molecule. This inference device includes: an acquisition unit that acquires input data including chemical structure information of at least a lipid molecule; an inference unit that inputs the input data newly acquired by the acquisition unit to a trained model, generated by learning processing performed on a learning model in which the input data including the chemical structure information of the at least the lipid molecule is associated with information indicating distribution or behavior in a living body of an active substance contained in a particle formed by including the lipid molecule, and thus infers the information indicating the distribution or behavior in the living body associated with the newly acquired input data; and an output unit that outputs, on the basis of the inferred information indicating the distribution or behavior in the living body, information indicating distribution or behavior to a predetermined tissue and/or a cell in the living body or information indicating behavior in one or more of the tissue, blood, and urine.
