Abstract:
The present invention modifies the sizes and positional relationships of a plurality of partitioned areas of a display area in a more user-friendly manner. An information control device that is characterized by comprising: an operation detection unit that detects a user touch operation of a pointer that has been provided at the intersection of partitioning lines that partition a display screen of a display into three or more partitioned areas; and a layout setting unit that, in accordance with the detected touch operation of the pointer, transitions the display of the display between a plurality of preset layouts. The information control device is also characterized in that, as a transition process for the layouts, the layout setting unit moves the pointer and makes the partitioning lines and the partitioned areas deform in an elastic manner in accordance with the pointer being dragged by the touch operation.
