Abstract:

A first determination unit (121) determines the occurrence of a face movement of a wearer when a deflection detection unit (102) detects the deflection of a spectacle frame (101). A second determination unit (122) determines the occurrence of a jaw movement of the wearer on the basis of an electrical signal measured by a first tip electrode 103a and a second tip electrode 103b with a common electrode (104) being set at a ground potential. An output unit (123) outputs a command in response to an operation of the spectacle frame (101) of the wearer when the first determination unit (121) determines the face movement of the wearer and the second determination unit (122) simultaneously determines the occurrence of the jaw movement of the wearer.
