Abstract:
According to the prevent invention, a first determination unit (121) determines the occurrence of the movement of an eyelid or eyebrow of a wearer, on the basis of an electric signal measured by a measurement electrode (102), using a common electrode (150) as a ground potential. A second determination unit (122) determines the occurrence of the movement of the face of the wearer when a deflection detection unit (104) detects the deflection of a spectacle frame (101). An output unit (123) outputs a command by operating the spectacle frame (101) of the wearer, when the first determination unit (121) determines the occurrence of the movement of the eyelid or eyebrow of the wearer and at the same time, the second determination unit (122) determines the occurrence of the movement of the face of the wearer.
