Abstract:

Disclosed are an information obtaining method and apparatus, a system, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving first information which is in a text form and sent by a first information platform; obtaining an identifier of the first information, and sending the identifier to a second information platform; receiving searched second information returned by the second information platform, the second information being information which is in a rich media form and associated with the first information; and displaying the second information. Accordingly, by means of the method above, a user receiving the information which is in the text form and associated with the information which is in the rich media form can further receive information pulled by an electronic device and associated with the information in the text form, the disturbance to the user caused by directly sending the information in the second information platform to the user is avoided, and the information in the second information platform can also be sent in a targeted way, thereby facilitating improving the conversion rate of information.
