Abstract:
A TPU foam sole manufacturing process, comprising a mixing step, a sheet extrusion step, a pulverization step, a drying step and a foaming step. A foaming agent is used for completion after mixing, sheet pressing, in-mold pressure relief and expansion have been performed, which is different from the conventional use of high-pressure gas to perform foaming, making it possible to produce a TPU foam sole including a plurality of bubble cells, the bubble cells comprising closed cell structures and open cell structures, the open cell structures making up less than 10% of the total amount of the bubble cells, and the open cell structures being in communication one with another.
