[Problem] To provide an information processing device which enables both the enjoyment of viewing and listening of a content and language learning corresponding to learning level, and enables the confirmation of learning effect. [Solution] A dictionary DB (101) associates and stores vocabularies including a word or idiom of a language to be learned or a plurality of phrases constituted of the word, and learning difficulty levels set for the respective vocabularies. A registration unit (102) registers, as a learning level, the learning situation of the language to be learned of a learner. A calculation unit (104) calculates, as use frequencies, the numbers of times of use of the vocabularies of the language to be learned which are used in a content. A specification unit (106) specifies, as a learning vocabulary, a vocabulary to be learned from among the vocabularies of the language to be learned which are used in the content according to the registered learning level and the calculated use frequencies. A main control unit (113) performs control such that an input operation accepted by an input unit (111) while the content is being outputted is recorded as an input operation for the output of the learning vocabulary.
