Abstract:
[Problem] To improve the usefulness of an overhead crane. [Solution] A camera 124 and a laser radar 125 are attached to the hoist 120 of an overhead crane so that image data and 3D point clouds in operation can be acquired and are sequentially accumulated as operation record data. The information processing device displays the movement trajectory of the crane on a terminal on the basis of the operation record data. In addition, the maintenance time is predicted on the basis of the operation record data. Furthermore, the degree of danger is evaluated or the occurrence of accidents is detected on the basis of the positional relationship between the crane and an operator, or the like. Further, processing, such as optimization of the movement route, optimization of the transportation sequence of a plurality of suspended loads, and optimization of the layout in a facility, is performed. Moreover, ex post facto, the crane operation is diagnosed for the degree of danger and operational efficiency. Further, after work at the facility, or the like, the crane is used to scan the inside of the facility to detect abnormalities such as fires or suspicious persons. These processes can improve the usefulness of the crane.
