Abstract:
To accurately estimate the characteristics of a user that cause a change in action of the user, an information processing device (10) comprises: an acquisition unit (11) that acquires information indicating a history of first actions of the user and one or both of information indicating a history of second actions of the user, which are different from the first actions, and information indicating a history of environments surrounding the user; a detection unit (12) that detects a change in the first action by referring to the information indicating a history of first actions; and an estimation unit (13) that estimates the characteristics of the user that cause the change by referring to one or both of the information indicating a history of second actions and the information indicating a history of environments.
