Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of assisting for carrying out intellectual property activities regarding a prescribed business on the basis of a value chain. This existing intellectual property information acquisition unit 52 of a management device 1 that manages information on intellectual property activities regarding the prescribed business acquires information as existing intellectual property information, that includes information regarding patent applications, applications for design registration, applications for trademark registration, preservation of implementation evidence, etc., which are the existing intellectual property pertaining to the prescribed business, and information regarding existing intellectual property about the downstream business of a value chain pertaining to the prescribed business. An intellectual property activity information output unit 53 outputs, on the basis of the existing intellectual property information, information on intellectual property activities to be carried out regarding a commodity or a service of the downstream business of a value chain in which a commodity or a service of the prescribed business is incorporated. The problem is solved thereby.
