Abstract:
Provided is a power amplifier of which gain can be adjusted according to a power mode. This power amplification circuit 10 comprises: a distributor 104 which distributes an input signal RFin into a signal RF1 and a signal RF2, and outputs distributed signals; amplifiers 101, 102 which are connected to the distributor 104; and an amplifier 103, which is provided on a signal path P3 branched from between the distributor 104 and an input 1011 of the amplifier 101, is connected in parallel with the amplifier 101, and is connected to a bias terminal 1033 through which a third bias current or voltage, is supplied.
