Abstract:
The present invention improves the convenience of managing call options utilizing a trust. Provided is an information processing device including a control unit. The control unit: accepts, regardless of whether an issuing company is listed or unlisted, information related to call options for which a trust is established by the issuing company and information related to the trust for the call options; and accepts information related to recruitment and evaluation of officers and employees, outside collaborators, and the like conducted as necessary by the issuing company. The trust is a corporation taxation trust, and the establisher of the trust is the issuing company, an owner/manager, or another third part. On the basis of the information related to the recruitment and evaluation of the officers and employees, the outside collaborators, and the like, the number of call options to be allocated to each of a plurality of beneficiaries is derived. Processing for distributing the call options is executed when the beneficiaries established in the trust are designated, regardless of whether the issuing company is listed or unlisted. The plurality of beneficiaries are each an officer or employee of the issuing company or a subsidiary/associated company thereof, an outside collaborator, or a trustee of another trust. The trust is established by money or call options being entrusted to the trustee by the issuing company. Processing for paying corporate tax is executed in accordance with the money entrusted by the issuing company. It is required that the price for the right to exercise the call options is established to be an amount equal to or greater than a nominal amount such as one yen.
