Abstract:
The present technology relates to an information processing device, an information processing method, and a recording medium that are capable of measuring the effect of an advertisement accurately. An information processing device according to the present technology comprises an effect measurement unit that measures the effect of an advertisement on the basis of an encounter timing at which a user encountered the advertisement and a consumption timing at which the user took a consumption action for what is being advertised by the advertisement. The effect measurement unit measures the effect of the advertisement on the basis of an evaluation value calculated by using a weight that depends on a required consumption period from the encounter timing to the consumption timing. The present technology can be applied to a server for measuring the effect of an advertisement presented by a vehicle, for example.
