Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to an information processing method and apparatus, a device, and a medium. The method comprises: in response to a trigger operation on a workflow type, displaying an editing page, the editing page comprising a workflow identifier and/or workflow content, the workflow content comprising a document, and the document being a shared document that can be operated collaboratively; receiving, on the editing page, editing content input by a preset user; and sending a workflow to a first user in response to a submission instruction for the workflow type. Thus, a document that can be edited collaboratively by multiple parties is applied to a workflow, thereby improving the degree of automation and efficiency of workflow processing, and meeting requirements for multi-party interaction during workflow processing.
