Abstract:
Provided is a system with which it is possible to set a print image for each object by associating the print image with identification information that an electronic tag has, and output, to a printer, a print signal for printing the print image to the object. An information processing system for controlling a printer that prints a prescribed print image to an object, comprising: an acquisition unit for acquiring, from an electronic tag capable of contactless communication in which identification information for identifying the prescribed print image is set, the identification information via a reader device that reads the identification information; a specification unit for specifying the prescribed print image on the basis of the identification information acquired by the acquisition unit; and a transmission unit for transmitting, to the printer, a print signal for causing the prescribed print image specified by the specification unit to be printed by the printer.
