Abstract:
An information processing system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure has: a selection unit which is configured to select a speech recognition dictionary to be used for speech recognition from among multiple speech recognition dictionaries; and a speech recognition unit which is configured to generate speech recognition text by converting utterances included in a voice call with a customer into text by means of speech recognition using the speech recognition dictionary selected by the selection unit, wherein the speech recognition unit is configured to generate, in the event of change of the speech recognition dictionary selected by the selection unit, speech recognition text by converting pre-conversion utterances among the utterances included in the voice call into text by means of the speech recognition using the changed speech recognition dictionary.
