[Problem] To detect changes in the state of a pet's health. [Solution] This information processing system comprises: a measured data-acquiring unit 21 for acquiring measured data relating to a pet as a target of detection; a risk assessment unit 23 (detection unit 25) for detecting changes in the state of the pet on the basis of the acquired measured data; and a notification unit 24 (output unit 27) for outputting information corresponding to the detected change in the pet's state.
